Linda spent several years working in community mental health before starting her own therapy practice in 2019, Therapy Girl LLC. Linda specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief, and in working with the Latinx community, activists and community leaders.

Linda spent several years working in community mental health before starting her own therapy practice in 2019, Therapy Girl LLC. Linda specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief, and in working with the Latinx community, activists and community leaders.

Meet our Facilitator: Linda Ruvalcaba, MA, LPC (she/her/ella) is a proud Chicana and Bilingual Psychotherapist from Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from Northern Arizona University in 2011 with a Master of Arts in Counseling. Linda spent several years working in community mental health before starting her own therapy practice in 2019, Therapy Girl LLC. Linda specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief, and in working with the Latinx community, activists and community leaders.

People Living with Cancer Support Group - Mondays

This support group is open to anyone with a current or
recent cancer diagnosis. In this group, we will provide a safe space to
explore what cancer means in your life and in return you will find a community
of individuals who will stand with you and who understand your story because
they have lived it. The primary focus of this group is to support your
emotional and social needs as we strive to be there for one another throughout
the challenges of cancer.
A brief interview is required to determine appropriate

to schedule
the interview before registering.
This program is being offered to you via Zoom only, which is a virtual/online platform that is FREE and accessible with any smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet. CSA Produce Pick Up

We've become a pick-up site for people to have more access to fresh,organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables from Crooked Sky Farms. Current participants are welcome to sign up to receive free produce as part of a give-back program through Crooked Sky Farms.
