This support group is open to anyone with a current or recent cancer diagnosis. In this group, we will provide a safe space to explore what cancer means in your life and in return you will find a community of individuals who will stand with you and who understand your story because they have lived it. The primary focus of this group is to support your emotional and social needs as we strive to be there for one another throughout the challenges of cancer.

A brief interview is required to determine appropriate group placement. Please call (602) 712-1006 or email support@cscaz.org to schedule the interview before registering.

This program is being offered to you via Zoom only, which is a virtual/online platform that is FREE and accessible with any smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet. To access the Zoom link, after completing your interview, please register here and login information will be sent to you with your confirmation email after registering. You will also receive a reminder email the morning of the program with the same information.

Free Educational Workshop on Navigating School and Work for Young Adults with Cancer

Cancer Support Community Arizona will host the EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT FOR YOUNG ADULTS LIVING WITH CANCER Workshop – This workshop was created for young adults aged 18-45 years who are living with and beyond a cancer diagnosis.

The workshop is designed to provide young adults impacted by cancer with the information, resources, and support to navigate education and employment. This workshop is offered virtually throughout Arizona on the zoom platform and in the Flagstaff CSCAZ office at 914 N. San Francisco Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Electronic power point and handout will be sent virtually to each participant.

Key Workshop Objectives include:

• Help Young Adults impacted by cancer navigate transitions in education and employment 
• Build confidence, access resources, and connect with other Young Adults facing similar challenges
