Let's support one another by introducing a healthy lifestyle choice to our Wednesdays and Thursdays and practice forest bathing by walking together from 12 noon - 1 pm in gorgeous Flagstaff, AZ. We will meet in the parking lot of Cancer Support Community Northern Arizona and walk the beautiful downtown residential area. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring walking poles, hat, and water.
