Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra offers a deeply restful, guided meditation experience that allows participants to relax comfortably. It provides a gentle space to lie down, unwind, release stress, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

This practice can help:

  • Ease mental and emotional fatigue
  • Support balance during challenging times
  •  Sleep
  • Offer a peaceful moment of grounding
  • Enhance overall feelings of well-being
  • All, regardless of experience or physical ability

Patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones are all invited to participate.

Come just as you are, and allow yourself a moment of rest and renewal. Class is Wednesdays at 4 PM  on Zoom.
