This inclusive, community-centered movement program is designed for individuals impacted by cancer, including patients, survivors, caregivers, volunteers, family members, and friends. The class uses guided improvisational movement and collaborative storytelling to foster creativity, emotional expression, and meaningful social connection. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace in a supportive, accessible environment where all abilities and experiences are honored. No prior dance or movement background is required.
