Harmony Yoga in-Person in NAZ / Virtual Location: Hybrid - NAZ in-person

A gentle morning yoga class where you will be guided through a series of postures to release tension and stress from the body and bring calmness to the mind. This class sequence will include breath work, a seated warm up, an optional standing series, a seated cool down, and a meditative relaxation. We will unite gentle postures and mindful breathing to encourage mind and body connection and awareness. This class is suitable for all levels and will offer modification suggestions and access to props to support your body, wherever you are in your cancer journey.

My name is Chenoa and I am so excited to provide this safe space for you to start or deepen your practice. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Nexus Institute of Yoga and Wellness, a Yoga Alliance certified school. I am honored to be able to share my practice with you while incorporating a physical therapy approach to support healthy healing and improve overall well being.
