The book "Anticancer Living" teaches us that during a cancer journey the most important thing we can do is surround ourselves with a community of people known as our "anticancer team". We need people who offer pratical support, informational support, motivational support. community support, and emotional support.

Our Tuesday Evening Social Connections in Northern Arizona programming aims to provide motivational support and community support. Group connections and social integration provide both a sense of belonging and the ability to assist others, which reinforces our own value in the world.

Fourth Tuesday of the month programming is Tuesday Puzzles where our primary focus for the evening will be assembling a puzzle. Your friends and family are invited to join you for this relaxed, interactive, fun evening.
