Flagstaff attendees are invited to participate in this activity in the Flagstaff office at 914 N. San Francisco St.
In this session, we'll be exploring Color in Motion and how you can brighten your life with the basics of color theory.
Learn about primary hues (red, blue, and yellow), and then expand from there to mix secondary and tertiary colors. Use black, white, or gray to modify tints or tones and add shading. Then apply this color wheel knowledge to create a vibrant “moving” image.
Materials needed:
Thick white paper/watercolor paper
Paint (watercolor or acrylic)
Paper plate/palette for mixing paint
Brush
Ruler
Pencil
Scissors
Glue or tape
Optional: black paper for background
