Tuesday, February 24 - Collage your Goals with Aileen. Create a vision board of collage representing personal goals, hopes, or dreams using magazine pictures, colored paper and markers.

Tuesday, March 17 - Gratitude Jar Art with Aileen. Combine art and reflection by creating decorative jars to hold daily notes of gratitude.
Tuesday, March 24 - Pin Charm Keychain Making with Amy
Tuesday, March 31 - Mandala or Pattern Coloring with Aileen. Coloring mandalas or intricate designs can reduce anxiety, encourage focus, and provide a calming, meditative activity.
