Caring for Yourself While Caring for Another

Caring for someone with cancer can be both an act of love and a heavy, unseen burden. Many caregivers give so much that they slowly lose touch with their own needs, energy, and sense of self.

This virtual workshop offers a quiet, supportive space to slow down and be human. Together, we’ll talk honestly about caregiver burnout, explore how stress lives in the body, and practice simple, grounding tools to help you feel more steady and supported. There is no pressure to fix anything or do more — just an invitation to care for yourself, too.

Participants will leave feeling seen, validated, and equipped with small, meaningful ways to restore energy and compassion — for themselves and for those they care for.
