Every other Thursday from 10:30 am - noon The Peaks, A Senior Living Community, is hosting Caregiver Connections: A Supportive Education Series.
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding, emotional and overwhelming - but you do not have to navigate it alone.
Join in fore a free six-part education series designed to support family caregivers with pratical information, trusted resources and guidance from local professionals.
Each session will focus on a different caregiving topic, including getting started,
building a support team, everyday caregiving skills, home safety, in-home services and community resources outside the home. Come for one session or attend the full series. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
