CSCAZ Cooking Club: Nourish & Adapt
Join us for the CSCAZ Cooking Club, a welcoming space where participants explore how to adapt favorite recipes—or discover new ones—while navigating a cancer diagnosis or survivorship. This program focuses on making meals both enjoyable and nourishing, with an emphasis on practical strategies to meet changing nutritional needs during and after treatment.
Each session highlights the “why” behind the ingredients, offering insight into the nutritional benefits of the foods we use, including how they may support energy, healing, and overall well-being. Participants will learn simple modifications, ingredient swaps, and preparation techniques to make recipes more accessible, flavorful, and supportive of individual health goals.
Biweekly-Thursdays from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, this interactive series will also invite participants to bring in their favorite recipes, which we will adapt together to fit this nutrition-focused approach. At the conclusion of the series, we will compile these recipes into a CSCAZ Cooking Club Cookbook to share with our community.
Whether you’re cooking for yourself or a loved one, this class offers a supportive environment to learn, share, and connect through food.
