Join Cancer Support Community Arizona (CSCAZ) for a fabulous dinner and fun entertainment.

For a suggested donation of $30 per plate, you assist CSCAZ in providing services at no charge to those impacted by cancer across northern Arizona while learning about CSCAZ education, support groups, healthy lifestyle workshops, wig salon, supportive community, and more. And, you won't want to miss the fabuolous silent auction.

The event is hosted at our fabulous partner location, Trinity Heights United Methodist Church, 3600 N. Fourth Street, 86004. Dinner will be served from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, with the silent auction opening at 5:00 pm and closing at 6:15 pm.

Reserve your dinner tickets in advance and pay in advance using the QR code. You may also choose to pay by cash or check and make a donation at the door.  Please register HERE on this site so that we have an idea of the number of guests we will be serving.
