Native American Support Group Sheena Greenstone is a member of the Navajo Nation and is a 3rd year doctoral student at Northern Arizona University in the combined school and counseling psychology program. She obtained dual bachelors in psychology and criminal justice from University of Nevada Las Vegas then returned to her community and worked in a school residential hall for underprivileged students. To better serve her students, she decided to return to school and obtained a Masters of Education in School Counseling then she applied to the doctoral program. She has provided individual and group counseling to Native Americans, college, high, and middle school students on and off the reservation. She plans to complete her dissertation on updating and evaluating a youth substance use prevention program for indigenous children in the community. This support group will meets virtually on Zoom. An individual meeting with Sheena is required before you begin the group.
